i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the cleanliness throughout was excellent, i really appreciated that. our apartment was a lovely space with very comfy beds for both adults and the roll-out bed under the sofa. the gym was well-equipped, a definite plus for me (i like keeping up with my routine).

I loved the decor. It was beautiful! The pool area had many sunbeds. I enjoyed perfect sunsets from the rooftop. Our room was spacious and very clean.
There was no laundry service at all.

the location was acceptable, it was close enough to the things i wanted to see.
The room had a plumbing issue. every time i used the shower, water leaked around the toilet area. housekeeping wasn't thorough and the room didn't always feel clean. That was disappointing.
